Church Community
First Pres is an active congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
Some of us consider church our second home, and others are discovering the love of God in Christ for the first time. Through worship, fellowship, service, and groups together, we connect with one another as people who have been touched by some inkling of the Spirit and who are looking for ways to deepen our expression of faith, and have it nurtured in a community that endeavors to love thy neighbor. We sense God connecting with us in Scripture, music, and prayer as we have open conversations about how to live our faith in the world today. There's a place for you at First Pres!

Soup Kitchen Shoe Drive

Our Soup Kitchen guests are always in great need of shoes, especially men’s sneakers and work boots. The most requested sizes are Men’s 9 to 11.5. Our goal is to collect 10 pairs of shoes for each size. We’re collecting new or gently used shoes and boots from October 6–20.
