& Fall Picnic
Sunday, October 4
On Sunday, October 4, we will gather for a single combined worship service at 10:00am as we celebrate new members and recognize two special milestones of service.
Immediately following worship, everyone is invited to the Bluestone Courtyard for our annual Fall Picnic at 11:00am. Lunch will feature Brown’s Fried Chicken, and we ask members to bring a dish or side to share!

More informal worship style, casual dress, weekly communion
10:00am Fellowship & Sunday Classes
After the service, we gather to share food, engage in conversation, and participate in Sunday classes for all ages
11:00am Traditional Worship Service
More formal worship style, hymns, monthly communion
12:00pm Fellowship
After the service, we gather to share food and engage in conversation
Nursery care available for children under 3 during Worship Service and Sunday Class Hour

First Pres is an active congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
Some of us consider church our second home, and others are discovering the love of God in Christ for the first time. Through worship, fellowship, service, and groups together, we connect with one another as people who have been touched by some inkling of the Spirit and who are looking for ways to deepen our expression of faith, and have it nurtured in a community that endeavors to love thy neighbor. We sense God connecting with us in Scripture, music, and prayer as we have open conversations about how to live our faith in the world today. There's a place for you at First Pres!
