Amy is a native of Southern California who moved to Charlottesville in 2008. She has three amazing adult daughters and two granddaughters to keep her on my toes [and in princess attire]. When not at home or in her office at UVA, she can usually be found in the music room at First Pres, singing or ringing.

What God is doing in your life?
As He has throughout my life, God continues to speak to me though music, both through singing or hearing it sung. Having adult kids on one coast and an elderly mom on the other coast, I find myself turning to God constantly for wisdom and guidance on the best way to give support either physically or through prayer. “Be still and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10

What excites you most about serving as an officer?
After this past year, I'm really looking forward to participating in church life again.
