John and his spouse of 57 years, Sue Ellyn, moved to Charlottesville in 2022. John is a retired trial judge who served in Stark County, Ohio for over 30 years. He was a long-time member of Christ Presbyterian Church
in Candon where he served as a deacon and an elder. John and Sue Ellyn have enjoyed the early service, the adult education classes, and the Brown Bag Bible Study with Pastor David.
