Lynne was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in International Business. She began her career in Kansas City, MO, as a Healthcare IT Consultant, working with surgical nurses to improve the efficiency of operating rooms. While in Kansas City she met and married Chris Haley. In 2012 they relocated to Virginia for Chris to attend graduate school at Georgetown. While they loved living near DC, they craved more space and found their way to Charlottesville in late 2020. For the past 12 years Lynne has been a stay-at-home mom to her 3 boys: Logan, Carson and Brayden. As a family, they enjoy traveling to new places, spending time in nature, playing board games, and watching movies.
